On 02/03/2024, 3 preterm newborns of 35 weeks by Ballard were obtained at La Paz Medical Center in Malabo through elective segmental cesarean section due to breech presentation, born to a 22 year old mother from Sao Tome and Principe, first gestation. Since their birth and subsequent admission to the Neonatology Department, in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a favorable and satisfactory clinical evolution without complications is evidenced. I Twin with a birth weight of 1.810gr, II Twin with a birth weight of 1.785 gr and III Twin with a birth weight of 1.865gr. They received oxygen for 24 hours with nasal cannula and then tolerated ambient air, tolerated via oral breast milk. Paraclinical and complementary studies without alterations.

Currently in their 4th day of life, they are in the phase of completing treatment, weight gain and increase of oral suction for later discharge with their parents to their home.
